Restaurant St-Hubert in Saint Hyacintde

I love their chicken... but the 30 minute wait at the pickup counter is a major turn off. Otherwise the location is clean and inviting.

Great St-Hubert. Staff is really kind and speak English very well. Cuisine is good and hearty. The place is clean and quiet. 5/5 would recommend.

On July 16th 2018, as the restaurant is open until 11pm, I went there around 10pm with a group of 5 adults and 2 children. The 2 waitress's who served us did a very poor service and also did whatever they could to make us uncomfortable since the moment we had arrived.The place was hot as they insisted to accommodate us at a table right next to the kitchen, refusing in a impolite way my request to be sitted at the plenty of others existing available tables. Then a second waitress asked my 7 and 10 year old nephews to leave the place because they were calmly and discreetly eating a sandwich we had just bought at Subway’s restaurant as they didn’t want to eat anything from St-Hubert even though the 5 other adults were already prepared to order their meals at St-Hubert’s. So we all left the place without ordering anything ! Staff badly trained, showing no interest to work after 10pm and to be nice to clients ! I’ll never come back to this place anymore !

Good food, small steak portions for the cost of $28.00, but overall it worked out great.

The st Hubert burger was amazing, the poutine, was in the fancy side, club sandwich was good, rotisserie chicken, was similar to Swiss Chalet style, but better, the three desserts shown were amazing!

Our server Marie was a sweetheart. My husband had his much loved hot chicken and I had tourtière. Delicious food . We walked from the German Christmas Market.

Best St Hubert I have ever been to. Very large and modern dining area. Staff were great and very accommodating to English-speakers. Rotisserie chicken was very tender, but I also ordered a wrap from the lunch menu and it was quite dry.

Good job closing half the restaurant when over 50 people are waiting at the door, on the most busy night ever, the carnival. Very smart guys.

The food is good and the price is ok. You should reserve a table before go, the place is very crowded.

Great food and service. Beats it's parent company Swiss Chalet hands down. Chicken is large and perfectly done. The addition of your choice of two different types of coleslaw is a great addition to the dinner. Always a great variety on the menu, again way more that Swiss chalet.Always come to St. Hubert's when I am in Quebec. Would love to see them come to Ontario.

The midday menu is al you need to refill your inner fuel and continue with your touristic adventures.the roasted chicken is great and the price excellent.

Really good and elaborate food, excellent service, nice place, it's just the wine that is too expensive according to me. They are private importers so they offer wines you won't find a the SAQ, the horrendous public company that has monopole on alcools in Québec... you'll have to pay the price for this selection, the pill is hard to swallow when you're from Europe but the quality of the food helps a lot!

Flagship comfort food in Quebec ! St-Hubert has been around for a very long time and has successfully adapted to the change in consumer taste. It went beyond the typical chicken rotisserie and now offers a variety of healthier options such as side vegetable and salad to substitute fries. This place is delicious and affordable, definitely a must try place in Quebec !

We had a group of 13 they were very accommodating, food was a reasonable price, a lot of the kids in our group ordered the chicken noodle soup, it was great to see this as a choice for kids. Waitress tried her best with English. My only complaint was they did not have enough menus in English it took some time to share, not a real big deal.

Disappointing food. Either too salty or no taste

The food wasn't too bad but it was better in an other St-Hubert...but the sugar pie was almost frozen and so hard!!! But the big issue with this St-Hubert is the WAITING time... You wait a lot for everything from the menu to the bill... I was on the bar side and 5 different people served me... This restaurant has a big problem with management and it was the same thing when I ate there 2 years ago. They didn't improve it... They should close the bar section... It might be better if they put all of their energy to the restaurant...

Not nearly as good as swiss chalet, disapointing

THE WORST EVER EXPERIENCE AT ST-HUBERT ... for not even eating there. I wish I could put 0 star but I cannot so I put 1 star.No one ever came to seat us and I was waiting there for more than 5 minutes with my kid. There were waiters and waitresses walking by but they didn't care enough to come over and acknowledge us at all. One guy was off his shift with his backpack leaving and saw us. He even tried to find someone to seat us but he was having problems himself. We decided to go to the 3 Brasseurs across the street and had a fantastic time there.

Good rôtisserie good service and a good ambience

Not impressed. Should've been alerted when we got worst inside table in the half-empty restaurant, with great views of the kitchen and dishwashing station. Hubby's chicken sandwich was Ok, my steak was barely lukewarm. When we brought it to the wait staff's attention, it was taken back to the kitchen and "warmed" and came back maybe five degrees warmer. Meanwhile, the vegetables went cold and the fries cooled down. So, won't be going back. Giving two stars cuz hubby thought his sandwich was all right.

Chicken AND ribs combo just can't go wrong with that. Was delicious and lots of soft meat on the ribs. Service was also excellent.

Service is a bit slow, but they're friendly and the food is decent. We had to order from a French menu.

I had a delicious hot chicken sandwich, which is shredded chicken between two slices of buttered bread and covered with gravy and topped with peas. It was my first time trying a hot chicken sandwich and St-Hubert did not disappoint. My server, Cathya, was very accommodating, speaking English to me as well as Spanish to other guests. I was amazed by her language skills. She definitely deserves a raise. I also had a pudding chômeur, which was very rich and sweet.

It was the worst service I have ever seen in my entire life. The waiter spilled a glass of hot water on me and ... it's a normal event for this establishment. An apology for wet clothes and the worst evening had to wait a long time, the manager appeared 10 minutes after the incident and acted very cheeky. Most disgusting was that they included a tips in our bill!

Excellent service and it wasn't busy. Nice!
